Simply Dental is open again, providing routine, as well as urgent and emergency dental care, under Level 2 conditions.
Rest assured that we are absolutely committed to keeping our employees, customers and the general public safe during the current COVID-19 alert.
We’re following New Zealand Dental Council Guidelines – including social distancing measures, reducing contact points and exposure, paperless processes – and all our staff are trained in the use of PPE and separation requirements. We’re also maintaining strict hygiene practices, sterilising waiting areas every half hour, providing hand sanitizing stations and conducting daily checks on staff health.

While we can provide urgent or emergency care to most patients, under Level 2 restrictions, regular and routine care is only available for patients who are NOT:

COVID-positive

Suspected to be COVID-positive

A close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case, or have not been in isolation with a suspected case in the last 14 days

Exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19

International travellers in the last 14 days
